Cancellation Policy

Deposit A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be applied to your service fee for your scheduled appointment. Late & Missed Appointments Late arrivals can only be given the remaining time of the scheduled appointment which may result in you having to book more time at the going rate to finish your body art. Any client that misses their appointment will automatically lose their deposit to a cancellation fee. Reschedule & Cancelled Appointments We understand situations can arise in which you must modify your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you reschedule and cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot. We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for rescheduling and cancellation. Please inform us within 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any reschedules or cancellations. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, your full non-refundable deposit will convert to a cancellation fee that will be charged to the credit card that we have on file. The cancellation fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. You can log in to our website from your desktop or our mobile app to manage your IAM bookings. In the member’s area, you can view upcoming and past bookings on your personal My Bookings page. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option, so clients can make changes at their convenience. All reschedules must be done on our website or mobile app. You can cancel on our website, mobile app, or by email at support@inkartmusic.com. Cancellation Fee Waiver We understand that missed appointments may unintentionally stem from an emergency. Therefore, rescheduled due to illness or injury of the client, death or injury of an immediate family member or grandparent, civil unrest, pandemic lockdown, or natural disaster will not incur a cancellation fee. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. The waiver must be requested within 90 days of the missed appointment. Refund Policy If the notice of cancellation is given within 24-hours before the scheduled appointment, IAM will refund any deposit that was received to book an appointment. I have read, understood, and consented to this Cancellation Policy. By signing, I understand that you are taking time off of your calendar for me and I may be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel without providing at least a 24-hour notice.
